4. No Refund Policy
As digital educational content is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "un-purchased," STATIC Academy operates under a strict no-refund policy. This applies regardless of whether the customer accesses the course materials. Since digital content is non-returnable by nature, no refunds will be issued for purchases of course materials. If you have technical issues accessing your purchased content, our support team will work to resolve them at no additional cost.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, including but not limited to videos, slides, documents, graphics, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of STATIC Academy. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own educational purposes only. You may not:
